:Sharing some more of my geeky nerdiness. Does anybody agree?:
I have a strong sense of time speeding up. I have done for a few years now – thinking it was just a result of getting older – however I have even asked younger people in our church and everybody is saying the same thing.
“Where has the time gone?”
Can you believe it is September already and Christmas / Hannukah / Holidays will be here again in 3 months?
Can you believe it’s been 9 months since the start of this new year?
Jacob Prasch’s ‘vector’ teaching is one of my favourites. I first filmed him speaking about this 7 or 8 years ago and I was so excited because it got me thinking about my past studies and interest in quantum physics and relativity (before I was saved) and made me realise I don’t actually WANT to look into it any more deeply nowadays.
Jesus clearly explains that the signs of the times are like birth contractions and they are on an exponential curve which increases in intensity of speed, pain and frequency the closer they get to the actual appearance of the Awaited One.
God is doing something. The Times of the Gentiles are coming to an end. The fulness of the numbers to come into the ‘Ark’ is almost complete.
How much harder must we work as night approaches when no man can work.
Because it’s certainly coming fast…
In fact, Jesus Himself says FIVE times that He is coming ‘quickly’ (Gk. ταχὺ “tachy”) which more literally means ‘without delay’ and is therefore often translated as ‘soon’ – and He said it from His position in ‘timeless’ Eternity some 2,000 years ago.
Even so, Maranatha!
